About this role
Anthropic seeks a DevOps/AgentOps engineer to design and operate an AI-first CI/CD pipeline for their GTM systems, handling both Salesforce and custom applications. You'll build a release system that supports fully agentic, human-in-the-loop, and AI-assisted deployment modes while maintaining SOX compliance and audit requirements.
What you'll do
- Design and operate CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce org and custom applications, including branching, validation, deployment, and rollback
- Define change classification and routing logic across agentic, human-in-the-loop, and AI-assisted deployment lanes
- Build agent operations layer including scoping, tooling, permissions, sandboxing, and supervision boundaries
- Implement approval workflows that separate PR review and business sign-off with clear escalation rules
- Manage environment strategy, secrets, deploy observability, kill-switches, and rollback mechanics
- Produce audit trails and SOX compliance evidence; measure and report pipeline metrics
