About this role

Anthropic is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to establish and manage a comprehensive global asset management and hardware lifecycle program across six international offices. This role combines strategic program development with day-to-day operations, covering everything from procurement and inventory tracking to e-waste disposal and mobile device management.

What you'll do

  • Develop global asset management strategy, lifecycle model, and data standards across all offices
  • Select, implement, and administer asset management tooling with appropriate data models and integrations
  • Maintain accurate inventory of record from procurement through disposal, including audits and reconciliation
  • Manage hardware refresh calendar, purchasing through resellers, and PO/invoice reconciliation
  • Establish device collection, e-waste, and secure disposal programs with certified partners and chain-of-custody documentation
  • Operate corporate mobile program day-to-day, including device deployment, break-fix, and carrier relationships
