IT Support Engineer
About this role
Anthropic seeks an IT Support Engineer to provide end-user technical support across macOS and mobile platforms while driving operational improvements as the company scales. You'll handle device troubleshooting, identity management, and SaaS administration while identifying opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve workflows.
What you'll do
- Triage and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account issues via ticketing system, Slack, and in-person support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian)
- Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement through MDM systems
- Support employee lifecycle workflows including onboarding, offboarding, and reorganizations
- Write and maintain internal documentation including runbooks, guides, and knowledge base articles
- Identify patterns in support requests and propose automation or systemic solutions to streamline operations
