About this role
Design the user experience for Claude's developer platform at Anthropic, working at the intersection of AI capabilities and intuitive interfaces. You'll collaborate with engineers and researchers to ship polished, trustworthy products that millions use, balancing rapid iteration with craft and attention to detail.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Understand technical architecture and define design primitives for emerging AI capabilities
- Design detailed feature areas with focus on polish, quality, and consistency across workflows
- Create beautiful, polished user interfaces that build trust and demonstrate AI technology value
- Prototype and communicate ideas across design, code, and new mediums to express concepts
- Ship high-quality work rapidly in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments
