About this role
Anthropic seeks a Software Engineer to design and ship full-stack internal products that serve the company's teams. You'll operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and design, owning outcomes from conception through deployment while working closely with users to identify high-impact opportunities.
What you'll do
- Design, prototype, and ship full-stack features across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
- Consult with users and stakeholders to understand workflows and uncover high-impact opportunities
- Identify patterns in requests and build reusable primitives, platforms, or middleware
- Create tools that empower non-technical users with autonomy and creative freedom
- Make independent product and prioritization decisions beyond executing specifications
- Iterate rapidly on user feedback to improve experience
