Software Engineer, Human Data Interface

About this role

Anthropic seeks a Software Engineer to design and build data collection systems for AI model training. You'll architect scalable pipelines, create interfaces for crowdworkers and vendors, and collaborate with researchers and operations teams to gather high-quality data at scale.

What you'll do

• Design and build data collection pipelines balancing quality with maintainability
• Create user-friendly interfaces for crowdworkers and data vendors
• Collaborate with research teams to understand evolving data requirements
• Partner with Human Data Operations team on end-to-end workflow design
• Manage multiple workstreams and adapt to shifting research priorities
