About this role
Apollo.io seeks an experienced Go-To-Market Engineer to own strategic mid-market customer relationships, driving retention, adoption, and expansion. You'll blend account strategy, AI-driven systems design, and executive advisory to navigate complex organizations and maximize customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Own customer outcomes including GRR (>95%), NRR, product adoption, and credit consumption across high-value accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with 3+ stakeholders per account across RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and C-suite
- Configure Apollo's AI-driven workflows including ICP definition, signal-based sequencing, and campaign design
- Identify and execute upsell, seat expansion, and credit consumption opportunities using product telemetry
- Present GTM strategy and ROI metrics to VP- and C-level executives to influence their go-to-market decisions
- Identify and mitigate churn risk by ensuring multi-threaded relationships and visible value across organizations

- Solution Engineering or GTM consulting experience
- Multi-stakeholder account management and relationship building
- AI-native GTM workflow design and automation
- Data analytics and GTM metrics (ICP, TAM, SAM, attribution models)
- Executive communication and C-suite presentation skills
- Product telemetry interpretation and upsell identification
- RevOps and sales process knowledge
- Customer success and retention strategy
