This position involves site due diligence, designing land development concept plans, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project starts. What you'll do
- Conduct site investigative due diligence and gather relevant information.
- Design and draft land development concept plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Prepare schematic site plans, grading, and utility plans.
- Perform stormwater detention analysis and site utility design calculations.
- Meet with clients to review plans and define project direction.
- Understand and apply local zoning codes and FEMA floodmaps.
