Ascertain is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the full lifecycle of customer deployments, from understanding workflows to building and shipping integrations. You'll be instrumental in integrating Ascertain's AI agents with various healthcare systems, impacting patient care and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Map customer workflows related to prior authorization and referrals.
  • Build and maintain integrations with EHRs, payer portals, and other systems.
  • Configure and extend the agent platform for each customer.
  • Debug production issues across the entire technical stack.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact in customer conversations.
  • Share learnings with product and platform teams to create reusable patterns.
