About this role
Astranis seeks a Flight Software Associate for a 12-week salaried role to design, develop, and test embedded and ground control software for satellites in orbit. You'll work directly with the engineering team on mission-critical systems serving government and enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Design, write, and test embedded software running on satellites
- Develop ground control and testing software
- Collaborate with engineering team on software architecture and implementation
- Debug and validate flight software before orbital deployment
- Contribute to full software lifecycle from concept through testing
