About this role
Atlas Energy Solutions is hiring an entry-level AI Developer to build and deploy AI-powered features including conversational interfaces, automation workflows, and computer vision solutions. You'll integrate AI with internal systems, Azure services, and operational data while ensuring responsible governance and monitoring performance across production environments.
What you'll do
- Build AI-powered features including chatbots, workflow automations, MCP servers, and computer vision applications
- Integrate AI solutions with Atlas internal systems, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and third-party APIs
- Implement testing strategies for AI behavior such as prompt evaluation, regression testing, and model performance validation
- Apply authentication, data protection controls, and audit logging to secure AI solutions
- Enforce responsible AI governance by reinforcing approved tools, data handling practices, and compliance guardrails
- Monitor deployed solutions for performance and reliability; troubleshoot issues and incorporate analytics and user feedback
