Atomic Object is seeking enthusiastic Software Developer Accelerators to join their employee-owned company and contribute to the development of custom software solutions for diverse clients. As part of self-managed teams, you'll work collaboratively through all phases of the development lifecycle, while also providing technical guidance and a positive client experience. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those transitioning into software development.
What you'll do
- Develop software applications alongside other developers.
- Collaborate with designers, delivery leads, and testers.
- Work with clients to provide technical advice and guidance.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to project-based teams that rotate every 6-12 months.
- Ensure excellent client experience and product delivery.
