About this role

Avoca seeks a Product Engineer to own features end-to-end on an AI-powered customer service platform for home service companies. You'll drive measurable customer impact by collaborating across engineering, product, and customer teams while maintaining high code quality standards.

What you'll do

  • Own full-stack feature development from backend services to AI-powered user experiences
  • Convert customer feedback into product improvements through rapid iteration and experimentation
  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams to align technical decisions with business goals
  • Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, testing, monitoring, and system reliability
  • Make autonomous prioritization decisions and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment
