About this role
Exa, a well-funded AI search infrastructure company, seeks an IT Engineer to manage all operational systems keeping the company running smoothly. You'll handle device management, security, compliance, infrastructure buildouts, and employee onboarding as the team scales.
What you'll do
- Manage device procurement, MDM, identity/access management, and endpoint security
- Support office buildouts and operations infrastructure during company growth
- Troubleshoot IT issues for employees and provide technical support
- Set up and maintain AV and conference room systems
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding with proper device and account setup
- Maintain security and compliance frameworks
