About this role
Axon seeks a Field Service Engineer II to support federal law enforcement agencies with pre- and post-sale deployment, implementation, and optimization of Evidence.com digital evidence management and body-worn camera solutions. This remote role involves extensive travel (up to 70%) to deliver on-site training, technical support, and strategic guidance to help agencies maximize Axon product adoption.
What you'll do
- Deploy and configure Axon software, applications, and devices at federal agency sites
- Maintain and optimize Evidence.com accounts while providing best practices guidance
- Conduct on-site training on new features and products for agency leadership teams
- Document workflows, identify issues, and recommend process improvements
- Monitor equipment health and provide white-glove RMA and technical support
- Track feature requests, bugs, and connect agencies to early access programs
