About this role
Axon seeks a Mission Engineer to embed with law enforcement agencies and own their digital transformation end-to-end. You'll build and deploy AI-powered workflows, integrations, and automations on Axon's platform while driving operational outcomes and adoption with agency leadership—working onsite 3-4 days weekly.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy AI agents, workflows, automations, and integrations directly solving agency problems using Axon's platform
- Embed onsite 3-4 days weekly to assess operational workflows, identify friction points, and build solutions with real users and data
- Drive hands-on adoption and iterate in the field until solutions stick in production, then document patterns for other accounts
- Lead strategic discussions with agency leadership through QBRs and mission reviews; define and track success metrics
- Troubleshoot builds and integrations onsite; coordinate root-cause resolution across Axon product, engineering, and support teams
- Capture field intelligence on adoption barriers and workflow patterns to inform product roadmap and identify expansion opportunities
