About this role

A crypto payments startup is seeking a Platform Engineer to build testing infrastructure, internal tooling, and deployment systems for their stablecoin clearinghouse platform. You'll focus on creating correctness guarantees and operational leverage for a small, well-funded team in NYC.

What you'll do

Own comprehensive test harness including integration tests, formal verification, and chaos testing for core financial systems
Design and build internal developer tools that increase team productivity and efficiency
Manage CI/CD pipelines, dev environments, and deployment infrastructure to enable safe, fast releases
Implement observability infrastructure with logging, tracing, and alerting across systems
Build correctness guarantees that enable confident shipping and reduce risk
