About this role

BeyondTrust seeks an eLearning Developer to design and produce engaging, multimedia-rich training content for its cybersecurity SaaS platform. Working remotely, you'll partner with subject matter experts to create interactive courses, simulations, and assessments using instructional design principles and cutting-edge authoring tools.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives and develop interactive eLearning courses aligned with business goals
  • Design and produce multimedia instructional materials including animations, graphics, video, and audio content
  • Utilize Articulate Storyline, graphic design software, and video editing tools to create polished training content
  • Manage course creation, updates, and maintenance while meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Communicate complex concepts through exceptional visual design and clear written content
  • Research and implement emerging eLearning technologies to improve training effectiveness
