About this role
ActAI is seeking a Frontend Engineer to build core web experiences for Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets. You'll own complex, interactive product surfaces and integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into workflows, working across architecture, implementation, and production optimization.
What you'll do
- Build and own major web experiences across Chat, Notes, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets
- Develop complex interactions including real-time messaging, collaborative editing, rich-text editing, and spreadsheets
- Create reusable frontend architecture and component libraries for consistency across applications
- Integrate streaming AI responses and proactive actions into product workflows
- Optimize frontend performance, responsiveness, reliability, and accessibility across browsers
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI teams from prototype to production
