About this role
A1 is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build AI-powered internal systems that automate and optimize business operations across People, Finance, Operations, and Recruiting. You'll own the full lifecycle of AI solutions—from identifying workflow opportunities to deploying production systems—working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy AI-powered internal tools and systems from conception through production
- Identify opportunities to apply AI for improving internal workflows and operational efficiency
- Design intelligent workflows, automations, and integrations across business functions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with cross-functional teams
- Own end-to-end feature execution including design, implementation, and iteration
- Participate in code and design reviews while maintaining high engineering standards
