About this role
Doit is seeking a full stack engineer to build features across their AI Neobank app, handling everything from frontend and backend to databases and customer workflows. You'll work across ambiguous product challenges to ship fast, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams while owning outcomes end-to-end.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs and databases
- Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, and KYC
- Transform product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to launch and iterate
- Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and enable team scaling
- Monitor, debug, and improve products after release
