About this role

Bot Auto is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join their AI Agents team, where you'll design and build AI-powered agents that automate workflows across engineering, operations, and business functions. You'll work with cutting-edge LLM technologies, agent frameworks, and backend systems to deliver practical AI solutions in a real-world autonomous vehicle context.

What you'll do

  • Design and build AI agents that automate engineering, operational, and business workflows
  • Develop integrations between LLMs and internal systems, tools, and data sources
  • Implement agent workflows involving planning, tool usage, memory, and multi-step reasoning
  • Experiment with prompt engineering, evaluation techniques, and model optimization
  • Build backend services and APIs to support scalable AI agent deployment
  • Evaluate emerging AI agent frameworks and tools to identify best solutions
