Enterprise Sales Engineer
About this role
Box seeks an Enterprise Sales Engineer to drive technical wins with large customers in the West region, leading solution demonstrations and owning the technical aspects of complex content management deals. You'll partner with sales teams to identify customer problems, showcase Box's AI-powered platform, and serve as a bridge between customers and Box's product and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Identify and solve customer business problems through technical research and experimentation
- Own the technical deal progression and drive technical wins with enterprise accounts
- Lead product demonstrations highlighting Box's full suite including BoxAI, Shield, Relay, Sign, and Governance
- Quarterback technical solutions across extended teams and manage integrations including MCP servers
- Communicate Box platform value to both technical and business stakeholders
- Support field marketing events as a subject matter expert and presenter; travel up to 50%
