About this role
Box seeks an Enterprise Sales Engineer in Los Angeles to drive technical wins for the Intelligent Content Management platform across enterprise clients in the West region. You'll lead product demonstrations, architect customer solutions, and bridge sales with product teams while traveling up to 50% to engage customers.
What you'll do
- Own the technical deal progression and drive customer technical wins for enterprise accounts
- Lead product demos showcasing Box's full solution suite including BoxAI, Shield, Relay, Sign, and Governance
- Research customer business problems and craft customer-centric technical solutions
- Serve as technical quarterback managing extended teams from a solution standpoint
- Understand and communicate product integrations and MCP servers
- Support field marketing events as a Box subject matter expert and presenter

- AI and LLM concepts (embeddings, prompt engineering, automation)
- Technical presentation and storytelling to mixed audiences
- Product demo design and delivery

- Python and JavaScript familiarity
- Low-code/no-code automation platforms (Nintex, Zapier, n8n)
- Business acumen and value communication
