Brain Co. is seeking an early-career AI/ML engineer to deploy cutting-edge language models and automation solutions for governments, healthcare systems, and critical industries. You'll work on high-impact projects that directly improve institutional workflows and affect millions of people, collaborating with experienced AI researchers and leaders.

What you'll do

  • Design and deploy advanced LLM models to automate complex manual processes across government, healthcare, and energy sectors
  • Build scalable data pipelines and optimize models for production performance and accuracy
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models in production environments across multiple countries
  • Interact directly with government officials and institutional stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality engineering standards across the team
  • Own problems end-to-end from research breakthrough to real-world deployment
