What you'll do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to build new features and products from concept to launch
  • Partner with Sales and Support teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design and implement backend systems to enhance banking experiences and product capabilities
  • Own problems end-to-end including architecture, data models, scalability, and operational metrics
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards across the codebase
  • Tune and refine features to meet excellence standards before deployment
