About this role
Brex is seeking a Backend Software Engineer II to develop scalable financial products that serve thousands of companies globally. You'll own end-to-end solutions spanning architecture, implementation, and metrics while collaborating across engineering and customer-facing teams.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with engineers across the company to build new features and products end-to-end
- Work with Sales and Support teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Design and implement solutions to improve banking experiences for customers
- Own problems end-to-end, from data models and scalability to operability and metrics
- Tune and polish features to a high degree of excellence
- Help develop products from concept to launch for companies of varying sizes
