About this role

Brillio seeks an Amazon Connect Developer to design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions for enterprise clients. You'll build scalable communication systems using AWS services while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative customer engagement platforms.

What you'll do

  • Develop and configure Amazon Connect contact center solutions and integrations
  • Design call flows, IVR systems, and customer routing logic
  • Collaborate with architects and project managers to translate requirements into technical implementations
