Capital Technology Group seeks a Cloud Engineer to design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for federal agencies. You'll lead modernization efforts, establish cloud architecture standards, and ensure compliance with federal security frameworks while collaborating across engineering and security teams.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS and Azure
  • Lead cloud modernization and migration initiatives across enterprise environments
  • Develop cloud architecture standards and establish best practices
  • Ensure compliance with federal security frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA)
  • Partner with DevSecOps and cybersecurity teams to embed security throughout the solution lifecycle
  • Assess technical risks, architecture tradeoffs, and performance optimization opportunities
