Full Stack Engineer
About this role
Capital Technology Group seeks a Full Stack Engineer to design and lead end-to-end technical solutions for federal modernization initiatives. You'll architect scalable, secure systems across applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations while mentoring engineering teams and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Design comprehensive technical solutions spanning applications, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and enterprise platforms
- Translate business and mission requirements into scalable architecture strategies and standards
- Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution decision-making across programs
- Guide API architecture for REST and GraphQL services and define reusable design patterns
- Mentor engineering teams and provide architectural leadership on modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
- Evaluate technical risks, tradeoffs, and compliance/security alignment for proposed solutions

- Frontend architecture with Angular, React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- GraphQL and REST API design
- MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
