Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) Engineer
About this role
Capital Technology Group seeks a PACS Engineer to design and maintain physical access control systems for federal clients. You'll administer Gallagher and C•CURE platforms, manage Windows and SQL Server infrastructure, and provide field-site technical support across distributed locations.
What you'll do
- Support and maintain Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) across multiple field sites
- Administer and troubleshoot Gallagher and C•CURE PACS platforms
- Manage Windows Server and SQL Server infrastructure supporting PACS deployments
- Provide field-site technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Support ePACS deployments, automation, and environment maintenance
- Document recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge management
