About this role
Captivation Software seeks a DevOps Engineer to support infrastructure modernization efforts, managing deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of complex systems. The role requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance and includes on-call rotation (approximately 1 week per 3-4 weeks) for 24/7 emergency support.
What you'll do
- Deploy applications and manage infrastructure across AWS, Docker, and VM environments
- Install, configure, and maintain complex software systems and network servers
- Monitor system performance and ensure required uptime and reliability levels
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve outages rapidly
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergency support
