What you'll do

  • Develop front-end components conforming to Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility standards
  • Perform accessibility testing with JAWS and other screen readers, fixing keyboard navigation and ARIA issues
  • Conduct manual and automated accessibility audits and produce compliance documentation
  • Partner with designers and product owners to integrate accessibility early in the design process
  • Integrate automated testing tools (axe-core, Pa11y, Lighthouse) into CI/CD pipelines
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate accessibility requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders
