This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, automating processes, and building self-service experiences to optimize business processes and deliver value to the Carvana family. The position is fully on-site in Tempe, AZ and requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow development and ITIL practices.

What you'll do

  • Configure and enhance core ITSM processes (incident, change, problem, request).
  • Design and implement Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions.
  • Build and maintain Service Catalog content.
  • Automate processes with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Manage Hardware Asset Management (HAM) across the full lifecycle.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
