About this role
Celonis seeks an Applied AI Value Engineer to guide enterprise customers through digital transformation by leveraging the Celonis Process Intelligence platform and AI technologies. You'll bridge sales and post-implementation, driving ROI, adoption, and measurable business outcomes for strategic accounts across the customer lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and capability demonstrations during pre-sales cycles and manage post-sale implementation to ensure value realization and adoption targets
- Drive enterprise-wide ROI and adoption programs through QBRs, strategic roadmaps, and value tracking frameworks for VP+ level stakeholders
- Serve as technical subject matter expert and thought leader on industry-specific process optimization and AI use cases
- Identify, prioritize, and implement AI-driven use cases that address customer pain points using Celonis platform capabilities
- Manage multiple customer projects at varying stages, coordinating timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations across accounts
- Establish repeatable value realization frameworks and enable cross-functional customer alignment for autonomous expansion
