FSR Engineer

About this role

Mid-level Field Service Representative Engineer who deploys and operates mission-critical data and application platforms for government customers. You'll integrate complex data systems, build operational applications, and provide on-site technical support while collaborating with product teams to enhance platform capabilities.

What you'll do

• Deploy, configure, and maintain distributed data platforms in production environments
• Integrate data from multiple source systems while maintaining governance and lineage
• Design and manage data pipelines for real-time and batch processing
• Troubleshoot critical issues in live operational systems
• Build and customize applications, workflows, and analytics based on user needs
• Partner with internal teams and customers to improve platform capabilities
