About this role
Join CGS as a ServiceNow Developer supporting federal government technology initiatives in Boston. You'll design and implement HR service delivery solutions using ServiceNow, collaborating with developers and analysts in an Agile environment while maintaining and upgrading existing customizations.
What you'll do
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Angular.JS, JavaScript, and SQL
- Build HR Service Request functionality and employee service request workflows
- Gather requirements and support discovery for new ServiceNow features
- Create reports, dashboards, customized forms, and workflows
- Refactor ServiceNow customizations during major platform updates
- Collaborate with team members in Agile development sprints
