About this role

Contact Government Services seeks a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to support HR Service Delivery initiatives for a federal agency. You'll design and maintain ServiceNow applications, develop HR workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment while ensuring high-quality technical solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop ServiceNow applications using Angular.JS, JavaScript, and SQL for HR Service Requests
• Support discovery, requirements gathering, and implementation of core ServiceNow functionality
• Create reports, dashboards, customized forms, and workflows within HRSD scope
• Refactor ServiceNow customizations during major platform updates
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts in Agile sprints
• Manage configuration, change, and release processes with accurate documentation
