About this role

Chainguard seeks an Enterprise Sales Engineer to bridge technical and sales conversations with Fortune 500 customers evaluating secure open source solutions. You'll own technical aspects of deals, conduct product demonstrations and POCs, and partner with sales teams to acquire and expand customer accounts across the Central US region.

What you'll do

  • Partner with sales team to help customers evaluate and demonstrate Chainguard solution value
  • Own all technical aspects of sales opportunities and customer value assessments
  • Conduct product demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and proof-of-concept engagements
  • Listen to customer challenges and map them to product capabilities
  • Participate in webinars, conferences, meetups, and industry events
  • Collaborate with engineering on feature requests and customer needs
