About this role

Clasp is seeking a GTM Engineer to own and optimize their HubSpot instance and revenue operations infrastructure across two distinct go-to-market motions: B2B employer benefits and consumer student lending. This foundational role involves building systems for funnel architecture, lifecycle automation, data integrations, and AI-driven efficiencies while managing stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and engineering teams.

What you'll do

  • Own HubSpot instance end-to-end including object model, pipelines, workflows, integrations, and data hygiene across dual GTM motions
  • Design and enforce funnel stages, revenue metrics, lead scoring, and routing logic that work consistently across B2B and consumer channels
  • Build and maintain API/webhook integrations between HubSpot, product platform, and third-party services with validation and observability
  • Instrument student funnel end-to-end with behavioral tracking to identify conversion bottlenecks and enable rapid iteration
  • Identify and implement AI-powered automation for enrichment, research, deal support, and self-serve reporting to reduce manual revenue ops work
  • Plan and execute material system changes (pipeline restructures, migrations, new fields) without breaking historical reporting or rep workflows
