GTM Engineer - Systems and Infrastructure

About this role

Clay is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and maintain the company's core go-to-market infrastructure, including Salesforce and internal Clay systems. You'll design scalable solutions that support sales, finance, and cross-functional teams while pioneering GTM Engineering as an emerging discipline.

What you'll do

• Design and build Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards for GTM teams
• Build and maintain CPQ and billing workflows ensuring seamless handoffs between sales, finance, and post-sale teams
• Serve as primary Salesforce builder for cross-functional teams including Sales, Tech Partnerships, CX, and Finance
• Extend Clay platform into new use cases and dogfood features while evangelizing best practices
• Engineer the internal Clay instance for scale and reliability while establishing GTM Engineering standards
• Design protocols, observability, and debugging systems for infrastructure health
