About this role

Clay is seeking a Software Engineer to build internal products that accelerate the go-to-market function, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. You'll own projects end-to-end, shipping AI-native workflows and integrations that create immediate business impact across a fast-growing company.

What you'll do

  • Design and build internal products that improve GTM team efficiency and productivity
  • Own projects from discovery through production, including long-term maintenance and iteration
  • Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify high-leverage opportunities
  • Build AI-powered workflows using Clay, LLMs, and modern automation frameworks
  • Integrate Clay with Salesforce, Snowflake, Slack, and other business systems
  • Create developer tooling and platforms that enable rapid experimentation across the organization
