GTM Engineer (CLEAR1 - B2B)
About this role
CLEAR seeks a GTM Engineer to design and scale the technical systems powering the B2B revenue organization. You'll build automations, integrations, and AI-driven solutions across Salesforce and the broader GTM stack to accelerate pipeline generation, qualification, conversion, and expansion.
What you'll do
- Build and optimize GTM workflows using automation, AI, and systems integrations to improve revenue generation and conversion
- Own Salesforce architecture and revenue systems, creating workflows, integrations, reports, and tools for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions to automate manual work and surface actionable insights
- Design and maintain data flows connecting Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Partner with GTM leaders to identify bottlenecks, translate business problems into technical solutions, and scale successful initiatives
- Improve pipeline conversion, forecast accuracy, and sales cycle time through data-driven operational improvements
