About this role

Join a seed-stage AI communication platform as a Forward Deployment Engineer, owning end-to-end production rollouts of AI phone assistants for SMBs. You'll bridge product and customer implementations, build critical integrations, and drive field learnings back into the core platform while working with a lean, fast-moving European team.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end production rollouts of AI assistant configurations including workflows, logic, and guardrails
  • Implement third-party integrations via APIs and webhooks across CRMs, calendars, ticketing, and payment systems
  • Develop glue code and features with testing, monitoring, and logging to map customer use cases to production systems
  • Debug live issues across calls, flows, and data pipelines and ship rapid fixes in production
  • Build reusable deployment templates and playbooks to scale customer setups repeatably
  • Maintain feedback loop with product and engineering teams on pain points, gaps, and recurring patterns
