About this role

A European PropTech startup seeks a full-stack Product Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI systems that automate short-term rental operations. You'll own features end-to-end, modernize legacy systems, and translate complex operational workflows into scalable, autonomous software while working in a lean, high-impact team.

What you'll do

  • Own product features from requirements through production shipping and iteration
  • Design and build agentic AI workflows for guest communication, operational decisions, and property management tasks
  • Modernize legacy systems and restructure data models to support evolving product needs
  • Observe real operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and translate them into clean, scalable software
  • Scope, ship, and iterate independently with high agency and accountability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain alignment between product strategy and engineering execution
