About this role

This is a forward deployment engineering role for an AI voice communication platform where you'll own end-to-end production rollouts, integrations, and customer deployments. You'll act as the technical bridge between product and customers, implementing AI assistant configurations, third-party integrations, and debugging live production issues while feeding insights back to the product team.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end production rollouts of AI assistant configurations including workflows, logic, and guardrails
  • Implement integrations with third-party systems via APIs, webhooks, and common services (CRM, calendar, ticketing, payments)
  • Develop glue code and small-to-medium features to map customer use cases to production systems with tests and monitoring
  • Debug and resolve live production issues across calls, flows, and data pipelines
  • Build reusable deployment templates, playbooks, and best practices to scale customer setups
  • Communicate technical pain points and feature gaps back to the product team with concrete recommendations
