About this role

Join a fast-growing European AI startup as a Founding Product Engineer, owning features end-to-end from concept through production. You'll blend engineering expertise with product thinking, working across the full stack to build an AI phone assistant for thousands of European SMEs, with strong emphasis on customer discovery and data-driven decisions.

What you'll do

  • Own product features end-to-end, from hypothesis validation through experimentation to production release
  • Lead product discovery by designing and executing rapid experiments to test ideas before full development
  • Engage directly with customers, partners, and sales teams to identify and prioritize pain points
  • Design and implement analytics and tracking systems to enable data-driven product decisions
  • Build full-stack solutions using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React, contributing to architecture decisions
  • Balance rapid short-term validation with long-term scalability and maintain autonomous ownership of initiatives
