About this role

Join a Y Combinator–backed wearable startup as a founding electrical engineer, leading the complete design and production of consumer wearable hardware from prototype through mass manufacturing. You'll drive electrical architecture and PCB design decisions for a fast-moving hardware team with significant ownership and impact.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end electrical and PCB board design for the wearable device
  • Iterate rapidly through device revisions based on testing and user feedback
  • Drive consumer hardware from working prototype to mass production
  • Integrate sensors and manage hardware trade-offs for consumer-grade performance
  • Collaborate with manufacturing partners to meet production requirements
