Founding Electrical Engineer role at an early-stage AI-powered electronics design startup. You'll own end-to-end PCB projects for real clients across multiple hardware domains while collaborating with software and ML teams to build products that accelerate hardware development.

What you'll do

  • Own 2-4 client PCB projects simultaneously from requirements through manufacturing
  • Design circuits across motor controllers, compute carriers, RF/antenna systems, battery management, and high-speed interfaces
  • Gather customer requirements and deliver reliable solutions tailored to their constraints
  • Build internal tools and automation to improve team design efficiency
  • Collaborate with layout specialists, firmware engineers, and manufacturing partners
  • Drive process improvements focused on speed, cost reduction, and reliability
