- Lead or support automotive product launches with emphasis on zero-defect quality outcomes
- Apply AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) in manufacturing processes
- Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for quality verification
- Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis using tools like Minitab
- Manage customer-facing quality communications and technical documentation
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes to meet quality standards
